Default Magnaflow exhaust? Single or Dual

Planning on getting Magnaflows put on my 2000 5.3L. I am trying to decide between single in single out or single in dual out. Thanks for the help

    Default

It is a single cat system. I had a flowmaster 40 single in dual out but I am looking to get it a little quieter. The flowmaster sound great but I can barely hear my kids in the back seat which isn't bad all the time.

I have dual cats on my 06 5.3l. They go into a y pipe. I have a Single in/dual out magnaflow and its to quiet for me.
