Default 06 silverado Idles rough when cold

My 06 1500 silverado has the 5.3 engine. it has 64k miles on it. When I start it up in the morning it will fire up fine but it has distinct issues holding a steady idle. At first it was hardly noticable but is getting progressivly worse. It seems to be magnified when I put it in gear and hold my foot on the brake. It has not set any codes but it is obvious I have an issue, the rpms will drop 300-400 when it happens. I haved cleaned the throttle body but it did not seem to help. I dont notice any issues while driving just when sitting still and especially in the morning it is not as noticable once the truck warms up. What should I look for? Thanks Mike

sounds like its a vacuum leak, when its cold start the truck and spray carb cleaner around the base of the intake to check for leaks
