    Default Oil Pan Gasket

    1995 Suburban K1500 with 5.7 TBI, can it be changed with the motor in the truck?
    1989 Pontiac Bonneville LE
    1995 Pontiac Bonneville SE
    1995 Chevrolet Suburban LS 1500 4x4
    2000 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi

    Asked a local mechanic the same thing and he said you would have to raise the motor a few inches or take apart some front end components for clearance because the crank and bottom end components hang so low.
    1995 Silverado,Z71, 3-inch lift,2-inch leveling kit, SkyJacker Suspension, short ram-air intake, throttle body spacer, MSD ignition coil, straight pipes

    I don't know the answer to your question, but I would probably replace the pan during this project.
