Question Projector Halos or just HID's?

I feel like it's time for me to modify the headlights on my '08 silverado, but I can't decide b/t these projector halos or regular HID's. Any suggestion will help. These are the halos I'm lookin at.

HID retrofits don't cost too much, i would get the halos and put an HID conversion kit in them. actually, i did do that lol. on mine i put the halos on a switch because i like the way they look with the halos off.

if you get the projectors, find out what bulb type they use and get an HID kit that has adapters for that bulb.

Those headlights dont look good in my opinion. Just go with hid's.

I really like the ones that Pete is running, they are slick. I would go with something similar, just in chrome.

from what i understand the projector is a slandered bulb you can change out into hid's.

I think I'm gonna just go with just an HID kit. Money is a little tight right now, so i may add the halos later in the future. Now I just have to decide between the 8000K and the 10000K bulbs.

the lower the color temperature the brighter your lights will be. i have 4300K because they are the brightest. imo the higher color temps look cheaper and more ricy but thats just me...

I just prefer the blue tint that the 8000K and the 10000K give. I just can't decide which I like better.
