I wouldn't. Looks like the filter's just stuck off in the corner. The way that is, it's just going to suck in hot air.

I dont think it would do any good, and it also doesnt address the flow issues that the intake has right before the TB... that is where you have the most flow problems with those intakes..Mike

Plus the steel tube will transfer more heat than a plastic one.
