New to the forum know that it will be useful to be here. Just bought 2010 Silverado, extended cab, 5.3 blue granite color. While here can anyone tell what is specific to the trailer package option, does Chevrolet provide an adapter plug for the seven pin to four pin connection as a part of the package?

Welcome to the GMTruckClub! Usually a tranny cooler; limited slip rear end; Class V hitch. Mine didn't have a 7/4 converter either.

Aboard. Retired2001 hit it. My dealer told me they don't provide them anymore and to get one from a parts store. Pay attention to the connection schematic because there are a bunch of configurations to choose from.
