Default Something is wrong with my speaker(s)

I have an 07 New Style Silverado and I will be driving down the road and all of the sudden the speakers will like double in volume. I can not tell if it is all the speakers or just the driver side door speaker. It just started doing this a couple of weeks ago and it happens once every few days, and I have the auto volume adjust feature OFF. Also, I noticed something but not sure if it is related. When you hit the door lock button on the driver side door normally it gives you this warning sound "ding, ding, ding" to let you know in case you hit it on accident, that warning tone has completely stopped. Any ideas?

assuming its non bose, sounds like a radio problem to me.
