A/C airflow direction problems
1995 GMC Suburban 2500. Airflow won't change from floor/defrost position. A/C works but loses its effect by not coming from vents. Any help????

your vent door in the dash is most likely broke or just gummed up by years of dust and moisture. thats the easy and cheap fix, otherwise its your actual HVAC controller not sending the signal to the motor to move the vent doors99 K1500 Suburban LT "THE BEAST"

Not sure about the '95 but my '99 suburban has a electric actuator right above the accelerator on the end of the a/c heater assembly its a black plastic afair with a plug and 2 screws also has a visible hole in the middle of one end. this switches from floor to face to defrost. once mine came unplugged and it stopped working and once I replaced it 10 min job at most if you have trouble finding the socket( Think it was a 7/32 but don't quote me on that)
Hope this helps, GL
