    Default help with codes?

    hey guys i pulled the codes from the obdII p0446, p0740, p0161, p0785, p1860. i saw what they said but wanted to know if they are serious and what they exactly mean.

    Ok so far we got...
    P0161 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Performance Bank 2 Sensor 2
    P0446 - EVAP Vent Solenoid Valve Control System
    P0740 - TCC Enable Solenoid Circuit Electrical
    P0785 - 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
    P1860 - TCC PWM Solenoid Circuit Electrical

    Let me check some more...

    P0446 - EVAP Vent Solenoid Valve Control System

    From what I can tell this one is gas cap related. Check filler neck, vent holes are not plugged and gas cap seal and Integrity.

    P0740 - TCC Enable Solenoid Circuit Electrical
    P0785 - 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
    P1860 - TCC PWM Solenoid Circuit Electrical

    The last 3 appear to be transmision curcuit wiring possibly in steering column,
    or ignition switch itself....anybody else?
    I'm pooped after that...

    yeah i think those are possibly from the remote start for some reason. don't know about the gas evaporator though.

    Was the remote start an aftermarket unit? Dealer installed or other?
