    Default 87 suburban shifting issues?

ok i have a 87 suburban 5.7 liter. i just replaced the fuel regulator in the tbi, the filter and the in tank fuel pump. now out of absolute nowhere the transmission wont get out of first, it will go in reverse nuetral and park but wont go through the driving gears. i noticed im now missing something from my tbi, all thast connected is my accelorator, the none of the other 2 connecting spots have anything going to them, what am i missing and is it because oif this that i cant shift?
