    Default Oil Pan Critical Alignment?

I have a 2001 2500 chevy suburban with 6.0 and 4l80e which has had some issues with leaking oil. Im thinking part of my problem is oil pan that has stamped on it alignment and torque critical. Dropping the pan and replacing gasket should not be a problem, but the "critical alignment" has me 2nd guessing whether i want to do it or not.

So if you would, what are the torque specs and how do you insure the pan is aligned correctly? And if it's not, what happens? Thanks guys
