Unhappy Smashed Plans for the time being

Well, i was hoping that i could post pics of truck when I got my lift and new wheels and tires...but i will have to postpone due to an accident today...

My wife was leaving a parking lot and didn't see one of the light poles on the lot...and low and behold the pole won...so here's a pic of my truck as it stands now...Click image for larger version.

Sorry about your truck. If it makes you fell better, my exwife REMOVED her Blazer door with a shopping centers light pole. The poles always win.

What is it with wives and light poles. Maybe they ought to put a sensor on trucks and light poles that set off an alarm in the truck. They would probably still ignore it and say they didn't know what that alarm was. Don't get me wrong, love my wife, but my truck is off limits. Sorry about your truck, I feel the pain!!!

all such polīs should have an alarm system.parkinglots overhere are not for trucks we use on this site, try find a new bed at some place where they rebuild trucks with other bedsolutions. AND GREAT anniversyday AMERICA!!!!!!!

I'd like to see data that shows us how many times a wife wrecks the husband's vehicle, versus the rate of how many husbands wreck the wife's vehicle.

I think the problem comes in where the wife drives a car, and the husband drives a truck, and many people just can't adjust to a truck quickly. PLUS, the wife probably hears the stories about other wives wrecking their husband's vehicle....then they get nervous....and you can't be nervous driving a vehicle because mistakes will be made!!

I love her, but that's why my wife doesn't drive my truck!!

rule of thumb for letting a wife drive an extended / king cab truck :
you get the keys when you prove you can successfully make a right hand turn with
a semi & 53 foot trailer !! they have the same wide turning radius & if you dont know
what you're doing its gonna get ugly....
    :fighting0037:
    when in doubt, doubletap !

    - buying a new truck, one part at a time :grrrrrr:
    94 Blazer 4x4 k1500 5.7 L - aftermarket cold air intake
Energy Suspension swaybar & upper and lower control arm bushings
Pro Comp ES 9000 front shocks, new front drive axles,
stainless front brake rotors & new pads,
new Moog front end ball joints, Smittybilt black nerf bar steps,
MB Racing rims & Hankook ATm off road tires
