Default Need to pull dash grab bar. Help!

The only thing left to pull out before the dash is the grab bar. How do you get it out? I see the metal bars that are in a plastic sleeve but I can't get it to release.

You pull the A/C vents out on the passenger side of the dash. There will be 2 Phillips screws behind them. 1 on each side. Then you feel around on the inside of the dash towards the top and there will be a button on each side. Press them and pull the bar out.
