find a way to get into the vehicle of who you think is responsible....
take the heater / ac fan cover off and smear a banana around the inside wall...
the smell will throw them off, and in about a week or so they'll know what RIPE is !!:fighting0037:

if he has a truck, u can get 2 zip ties and a washer, wrap the first one around the drive shaft, probly gunna have to put 2 to make it all the way around, and do not tighten them yet, get the other zip tie and put the washer on it and loop it through the ones on the shaft, leaveing it as lose as posible, then tighten the one around the drive shaft, when he takes off, it will make all kinds of noise, make sure that there is nothing that it can hit, it will just bounce off the floor pan
a guy did this too me when i had my ZR22001 2500HD 4x4
spectra COI, poweraid throttle body spacer, true dual 3in straight exhaust, MSD 9.5mm wire, hypertech max energy
lift keys and add a leafs
