The constant roadwork is because they don't have enough sense to do it when the time is right. They patch, and repair roads in the dead of winter. Then two days later, the patch falls out, and you have a bigger pot-hole.
They have the whole job security thing worked out, that's for sure!

The dead animal will be there for what, a week at the most? Why not just stop, get out and move it? lol.
The line is good for a decade on a road like that? hehehe. He must not have wanted to spill his beer if he had to get out and scrap that critter up.

ha, I could definatley see cal-trans doing that. Not in the current union contract to pick up a branch in the way of the paint. I have heard that here they are only allowed to fill 6 pot holes a day here. Wouldnt want to actually be productive.
