Default Front driver's side door speaker

My Front driver's side door speaker, has gone out all over a sudden. Any ideas why? Has anyone else had this problem?

I apologize for the issue you are having with your speaker. I would strongly encourage you to have this vehicle checked out by your local dealership. You may still be covered by the 3 year 36,000 which, under normal circumstances, would cover you for this fix. I hope that helps.

Have you taken the panel off to check to see if there is juice coming to the speaker? It might have lost a connection at the speaker, that's the first place I look and get a voltmeter to see if there is power to it.

I know this is an older post, but I also had this same problem on my '08 about a year ago. It was intermittent...sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. It was still under warranty though, so they replaced it. Just a few months ago I also had problems with the rear window switches on the driver's door...also intermittent. They replaced that too, but it got me wondering about the driver's door! Sorry yours isn't covered...they didn't tell me what was wrong with it, they just replaced it. I don't think they really care anyway.
