Interesting data.. I do wish they had the same trucks all around. Meaning same size tires, and axle ratios because i dont know of anyone who tows who would buy a diesel with the 3.55 axle ratio. I am both a Ford and GM fan. Not a dodge and I wasnt surprised to see the Dodge truck come in either second or last on every test.
I can see the new Duramax, and Powerstroke are some heavy hitters in the power department. Finally making more HP than their Gas counterparts. And 18mpg isnt to bad for that heavy of a truck with an unbroken in Diesel motor I wonder what you'd get for milage at 100K miles.
Thanks for the article.. Ill be surprised to see who they pick.

That one is an older test i noticed, since the newer ones were more closely matched in all of the catagories and the new 6.7L powerstroke is used as well.. Itll be interesting to see who wins this one. Id take either the ford or the chevy.. Both awsome trucks. And i like the newere body style Fords over (i know how bad of me but ive been clear my entire time on the site that i want a 2004 up ford or a 1988-1998 Chevy... So dont hate me to much.

Interesting that the Ford has a bit more HP.. Great looking rides all of the but interesting that the Dodge still falls further and further behind when Chrysler is saying they are improving yet it has been sniffing the behinds of the Ford and Chevies for decades.
