Oil Pressure sensor
On a 2000 5.3L where can you find the oil pressure sensor on the engine? Oil pressure gauge is going crazy! Any help would be great!

It is usually close to the Oil Filter mount...Still Loyal to GM after all these years...:shocked:

The oil pressure sending unit is in the top of the block back behind the intake manifold, On the right side if standing in front of the motor. Its a black tube about 1 1/2" or so in dia. about 2 " tall

And it might not be to sending unit.. there is a chance its the guage cluster as well.. Just FYI....Mike
