    Default fuel pressure regulator

    can anyone tell me where the regulator is located on a 2005 1500 suburban 5.3. i do not see it under the hood. thanks

    Its in the fuel tank with the fuel pump.

    It on the drivers side fuel rail under the beauty cover, Its about as round as a 50cent peice with a small vacume line connected to it. A spring clip holds it in, When you pull it out make sure the small o-ring comes out with it, it could fall down inside the fuel rail, or if it stays inside the rail you will never get the new one to seat properly.

    hundojoe is right. I was thinking fuel filter. Call me sh*t for brains.
