Default new member learning the ropes..

Hey everyone, I just recently bought a white 2001 chevy silverado 1500 5.3 vortec 4x4 single cab short bed. the guy i bought truck from said it had a utility transmission, not too sure what that means, truck has 114k miles and I've done a few mods to it like:

    -electric cooling fans
    -new serpentine belt
    -new a/c belt
    -new bosch spark plugs
    -new bosch wire
    -short ram intake
-after market exhaust single muffler(was done by previous owner)
    -painted white dash
    -pioneer radio

I have many more plans for this baby and I'm open to any new ideas and suggestions so please feel free to share advice. thanks.

    Welcome to the GMTC!

You know...get a black brush guard and you and lseann should go out driving together. Have a look at his van - you guys would turn heads on the streets, make people wonder what the heck is going on!

that's funny springthing that would be a site to see if we drove around. I actually would rather have the rims he has on his van than the rims on my truck lol. and thanks j-schmizzle I really like the white & black look I'm gonna continue that look throughout the whole truck.
