    Default 4 inch strut spacer

hey everyone i am a cnc machinist and was planning on making my own leveling kit then i thought if i made one 4 inches and then put blocks in the back i would get a little more clearance. Any thoughts on if that would be safe.

if u do 4 inches u will probly have problems with your front end. Your ball joints and CV shafts will be at a pretty bad angle and they will wear fast

You will also have vibration from the front drive shaft. Theres a reason the leveling kit manufactures don't make them that tall. Lift kits that tall use brackets to lower the front diff. I know this sounds funny but the newer trucks with IFS don't get lifted, they get there suspension lowered. Its all done with brackets. Also with just the 4" spacer your upper control arm will rub the front spring and strut assembly.
