thanx man ..I HAVNT CHECKED THE FUEL PRSSR ,,SHOULD I JUS CHANGE OUT THE FILTER...??

A filter change never hurts, but it still helps to know what your fuel pressure is at before, so you can see what its at after. Also check the wiring at the knock sensor, I do know that the fuel injection spider can be a problem on the motors, but im not sure it that will cause pinging and knocking.
