My truck died while driving!
I have a 1993 GMC Suburban that just dies on me while I was stopped at a light. I pushed it into the parking lot and popped the hood and everything was hot to the touch and it would turn over but would not start. I let it sit for about an hour so it could cool down. After it was a little cooler, I started checking the wires and cap and rotor. Wires had a few suspect marks but I didnt think nothing that would cause it to just shut off. I tried to start it again and it fired right up. Drove it all the way home with no problems. Could the wires cause this? If not then what? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Good things may come to those that wait, but only the things that are left by those that hustle.

I am having issues w/ mine now....
Looks like it is my ignition system, so I have parts on order and will install when I get them....hope it works.
Is the truck chugging, "loping", missing or anything like that?
If it is not doing anything like that, then it could be your Fuel Pump.
