    Default Sold my 2007 , Bought a 2003

After I did all of the work on the 2007 Crew Cab Z71 ,I sold it on 2/2/2011 and on 2/04/2011 I went and bought a 2003 Silverado LT Extended Cab Z71 (Black) with new tires and Flowmaster already installed. I wanted a cheaper payment amd wound up getting a really nice truck with leather ,CD disc changer ,heated seats ,and a 5.3L , really loving it so far , will post pics soon , gotta wax and detail to my satisfaction , Oh Yeah Bowtie is already off , painting it Black and clearcoating tonight. Oh yeah , dropped my truck paymet by $131 per month and went from 60 months to 36 months , and I LOVE this 2003!

Glad it worked out for you, the economy is tough right now. Nothing wrong with the "classic" body style. The way vehicle prices are now I don't think I will ever buy new again. We bought my Wife's '04 Grand Prix GTP 4 years ago for $14,000 and I found the original sticker in the glove box and it was a $32,000 car, so if you wait a couple of years you can get it for 1/2 price!!

I got back into Gms because i got rid of my 08 F-150 and the payments... And went to the series of trucks you all have seen.. Now i still dont have a payment.
also the 03 is a solid truck that should FAR outlast the 36 months! sounds like a good buy

Sounds like you did the right thing. I would like a new truck but mines been paid of for awhile and as adampaul1964 said with the economy the way it is I think I'll hang onto it for awhile longer.
