    Default cruise control

    I have a 1990 GMC Suburban when i set the cruise it will disengage when i use the turn signals or wipers any way. I don't know where to start to deal with the problem. thanks for the help.

    Your multi-function switch is shot.

    1997 Chevy S-10 Blazer 4X4 with 330K miles and counting (Hunting rig).

    2009 Saturn Aura XE (wifes car)

    2011 F-150 Crew 4X4

    so i need to replace the turn signal, wiper, cruise control switch on the column

    YEp.. it is shorting out when you turn on the wipers, yet another common problem with that switch.
