ok, new update on the SC, a m90 WILL work on the 3.4l however..it will NOT bolt up to the 3.4l lower manifold and a 3.8l manifold will not fit on a 3.4l (3.4l=60degrees, 3.8=90degrees) I will have to find a shop to CNC a custom manifold...which means I better get to the drawing board to design and measure out a custom manifold.(unless I can find a CMM machine, or a way to modify the stock manifold) but modifying the stock manifold will cause the blower to stick above the hood, calling for a cowl or cutout hood, ruining the plan for a sleeper.
the stock MAP sensor will read up to 14.7 psi so thats not a problem (I plan to run 6-8 psi on partial stock internals for now).
the stock TB will also work with the m90
Injectors from a 02+ Trailblazer are a direct fit on the 3400 (maybe someone here has some)
and as for the labtop tuning program, HPTuners supports the v6 alero (EFILive only supports the 2.2L) and its a few hundred cheaper than EFILive.
I will try to keep updates coming, most of my money is coming in sept 30th, then I can get a bit more figured out
exhaust is coming first though...catback, highflow cats, super 44s...may also look into CorsaJustin
