04 rearend in a 96 sub will it work?
I have a chance to pickup a 2004 1/2 ton rear end with 373 gears and disk brakes. I have a 1996 sub 1500 with 373's and drum brakes and a bad pinion gear. Both a 10 bolt. Will this setup adapt to the 96?

with minor changes to the system ..i would say yes !!!! as long as the abs adobs it and also the springs and shoks are at the same location !!!
WHY NOT, would be easyer to change the brakes over and fix your gear..but thats just me..lol
