    Well sounds like your good to go make sure you post up some pics. And as long as you have a weight dist hitch, and a good brake controller honestly pulling 7K lbs will be just fine. Chevys tow awsome and have great power. but if you plan to use it daily for pulling that much weight you would want a 3/4ton or a 1ton..
