    Angry Daytime Running Light Replacements

Hi, My 2004 Silverado eats up the 4114 daytime running lights. I think I use about 4-6 per year and the sockets are beginning to show signs of burning.

Someone told me the voltage is high?
Someone else said I was killing the bulbs by touching them with my fingers?
    What is going on?
    Can I buy some LEDs?
    Alternative bulbs?

    Thanks very much in advance!

Welcome to the club, and the question the 99% of GM owners in your year have. I wasnt ever able to figure out something, and i hope that someone has come up with something. Good luck, and for me i just left them burnt out after the 4th one.
