My Chevy Vandura mods
I have an integral head 250 in my van. Two barrel carb , no cat, air pump and egr. It will fail.[ head cracking]
Just passed aircare.
Looking for a head and manifolds that would keep the emissions where they are and improve power or gas mileage. Must be drivable in the winter [carb icing].
Stovebolts cast iron exhaust manifold looks good.
A 292 intake maybe, but I'd have to see one first.
Have to figure out which year head is the best.
I like 12bolt.coms head mods, maybe buy a head from him?
Dump the carb and air pump and go TBI. Still pass aircare. I'm familiar with the GM TBI [S10]
