Upper and lower ball joints, both sides = 4
Inner and outer tie rod ends, both sides = 4
Pitman arm at center link = 1
Idler arm at center link = 1
    Idler arm bracket = 1
Front driveshaft slip yoke = 1

    That's 12 so far.

If you have a two piece rear driveshaft, there is another slip yoke.

Check your u-joints for grease fittings. Two joints for the front shaft, two or three joints for the rear shaft. Some u-joints have fitting, some do not. Check all the joints individually. It's not uncommon to have different joints on either end of the driveshaft.

If you have a two piece rear shaft, I can't remember if the center support has a grease fitting.

Use good quality grease. I use Mobil 1 full synthetic. Great quality, plus it's a pretty color......
