Chrome valve stem caps and tire sensors.
Well I noticed that after I got my oil change done one of my valve stem caps was missing, so I goto canadian tire and grab some chrome valve caps for $4.
On the back of the package after opening it I notice it says " not for use with TPMS valve stems or tires. May permanitly bonb to valve stem"
I had these on my old sonoma and there was never an issue. Do my valve stems vent air off or something if the pressure gets too high? Would these actually cause an issue?2010 Sierra Nevada Edition

no they dont release excess pressure, they just corrode. most chrome and aluminum caps do, and they strip out too. and it really sucks to replace your whole valve stem , especially w/ tpms, just to add a few lbs of air03 Silverado 1500
