    Default DTC P0449 evaporative vent solenoid

    If you get this code you don't need to pay $200+ just for the part. The $200 part listed is for a relocation solenoid kit.

    After a lot of Googling I found the original Delco part # for my 2006 GMC sierra 4wd WT. Go to your FLAPS and ask for a Delco 214-2149. This is the same solenoid that mounts to the rear of the fuel tank and mine was $15.26.

    If you want to relocate it to keep road dirt from getting in just use some heater hose.

    L-31 Vortec Heads, Edelbrock Cam & Intake,
    Holley 650, Flowtech Headers, Magnaflow exh.
    Jet Trans 700R4, B&M Ratchet, 4:10 gears,
    3" susp. lift kit "shadetree"
    No rev limiter, No speed limiter lol
