Default Powering Amp with stock battery Posts

    Hi,

I'm currently trying to install an Amp and the problem I find is that my battery post has no room to add anything to it. How can I power my amp without buying a new battery? or disfiguring the one I have?

    Any help is much appreciated

You have a fuse center under your hood... If you take the plastic top off and take off the plastic around it, there are 2 posts you can use, and they'll be fused right there in the fuse panel under the hood...

Whats connected to the battery now? Seems odd you cant fit the ring over the battery post for amp wire.

Or you could just buy a dual post battery... My Optima Yellow-Top has the side and top posts... My factory battery cables go on the sides and all my accessories are on the top...
