    If You have access to a Tech 2 programmer you can change just about anything on these trucks, including the mileage. Tech 2's are very expensive though.

    35 mph seems like a pretty reasonable guess.
    70 mph over 75000 miles?? No way.Something is wrong-someone reset the "hour meter". I would bet it is short by 1000 hours.

    The engine hours could also be off if it idled a lot. For example if it was a construction use truck idling on the job site.
