  1. #1

    Default Belt Slippage.

Ive been having issues with my band getting tossed everytime i get on it (stomping the peddle to the ground) .I have an 02 5.3 supercharged silverado , im not sure if its the pulley not aligned right or whats going on any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated.

ive been thinking of upgrading to a wider belt dont know if it would help.

I would check the alignment of the belt since that can happen with a blower, also you might not have a very good belt tensioner (fairly common thing with the 5.3s)
