    Default any suggestions

    picked up new silverado yesterday 8 ft bed I was thinking of the stainless steel bed cap protectors anyone have a favorite mfg....or have there been any problems steel vs plastic

    Congrats on your ride. I don't have a favorite manufacturer on these, as I have only have experience with one set. I do have the plastic ones though and like them for the following reasons: matched my color scheme and tonneau cover perfectly; the plastic is forgiving on my truckbed as well as anything that slides or is on top when I haul things; it is solid black so when I do scuff if up, I don't really notice it......

    I like Dee Zee personally. I have the diamond plate tailgate protector and it looks really sick on my rig.

    you can always get sprayed, line x or rhino .. rhino has some rubbery stuff now and other types of spray .. just an option
