Blower resistor problem
I just replaced blower resistor & harness on my 05' chevy 1500. After installing, vent selector switch no longer works. Stuck on defrost / floor combo. I thought I was carefull to match up wires from old harness to new, but possible I messed up. Is there anything else that would cause this to happen? I matched colors and location on connector, or so I thought!

Im not 100% sure but i think this might be a separate problem...... the air selector is under the dash on the driver side. Your blower motor works? Sounds like it could be the air vent door actuator.2006 silverado 1500 LT1 4X2 ecsb 6.0L, front mount T76 turbo intercooled, Detroit true trac, 3.23, Chevrolet black chrome 20"s, Nelson performance tune! magna flow muffler with dual exhaust with QTP cut out.
