It may not change the amount I drive but it will change the vehicle I take.

    Angry Driving habits

I've change my habits and also parked the Tahoe. Just had a big snowstorm and took the truck out for the first time since fall. Just start it up once a week and let it warm up and shut it down. Sure makes a tank of gas go a long way. Thank you George and Dick and the Washington politicians as well as all those speculators on Wall Street. A bang up job with the economy and killing off the middle class......

I'm not sure where I'll end up as far as work and how close I'll live to my job (gonna be graduating from Syracuse University in a few months), but the high price of gas has for sure changed how I drive my 03 Silverado 5.3. I try to not floor it off the line as much once I started fillin it up once a week, since all my driving is in town and in the terrible cold up here. I just can't wait for spring so I can break out the 05 GSX-R...riding that hard gets me 35+ mpg!

Paid $2.67 today @ Sam's Club and I have taken the weight off of my right foot. That has made the biggest difference.

Even though the budget is cut a bit shorter, I drive my truck just like I always have, because I just love driving it.

I'm one of the lucky guys that when gas goes up i work more so stays pretty balanced out when the paycheck rolls around. The way i see it my old truck gets bad mpg either way so i might as well drive it like i want to.
