Thread: new project

    Default new project

    hey guys its been awhile since ive been on. been working alot so havent had time to get on much, but last week i got me a new winter project ive decided im done with te truck for now and i saved a 91 300zx from getting crushed.it needs a motor but i only paid 400 bucks and i couldnt let the guy crush it, let me know what you think.

    this will be a classic when it's done up right----too bad it's not an old chev/gm though---- hope it's not too rough and you have fun with it----that's all that matters

    yeah i cant wait till its done and eh ive always been a import person at heart ive done my older gmc i needed me a ricer lol

    Will it fit a 350 under that hood??? I bet you can.....

    Quite a project. But I guess $400 isn't too bad. Does it need anything else besides a new motor?

    Absolutely!! I saw a 240Z with a sbc in it.
    It was such a nice fit & the guy did such a nice job, it would have looked factory to someone who wasn't aware of what they were looking at & didn't recognize it. You definitely need new front springs though ha ha

    Looks like a pretty good score for $400 since those can go from $2-3K with a bad motor. And carpet is easy enough to find, did all the nose cone components come with??
