I have a '97 Express Conversion Van and I am lucky if I get 12. The highest I have seen is 15 on the highway.

'06 3500 6.0L, 3.73's, fully loaded work van, been getting 12 this winter. Which is better than I expected. Plan on getting a Black Bear tune and see if that helps much.

now that it is summer, I have been getting about 13.5-14. I did a black bear tune, and so far after about 3 tanks have noticed about a .5mpg improvement. Not as much as I was hoping, but not too bad either.
