Default Bad acceleration, has had time getting into high rpms

driving a 2000 silverado 1500 4x4 5.3 and it has loss a significant amount of power. when i give it all the gas it accelerates alot slower then it should and takes a while to get pass 3500rpms. tune up (plugs, wires, oil, fuel filter, and seafoamed) tranny oil was changed about a year ago. it runs good when im just doing my regular driving staying in the low rpms around 1500-2500. but when i give it alot of gas, it seems like it would accelerate as if i was barley giving much gas at all. it will downshift manually and it will rev over 3500 easily in neutral

x2 on checking for codes, to see if the computer has any useful information.

Another thing I'd probably do would be to check the fuel pressure and make sure fuel delivery is keeping up with engine demand.

codes came up yesterday. p0171 and p0174 lean bank on both sides...cleaned MAF last night disconnected the battery over night as well. took it for a few runs today. at first it showed no improvement but on the way home it got alot better and had alot of power when i floored it.. either the PCM had to readjust..or the pump is giving me it's last. couldnt check fuel pressure cuz the shop i took it to had a broken one..
