It would be a great car for my wife. But over here I would have to pay annual $2500 road tax.

Wow, that's a good looking Trailblazer with low miles and obviously well cared for.
I'd guess down in the North Texas area that it would go for maybe $13,000 - $14,000 range easlily. Maybe more depending on the options.
