    Default spare tire hoist

are there different size centers in spares? my hoist on my 03 1500 4x4 seems like it's too small to catch the rim to hold it up,am i missing a piece or do some rims have smaller center holes in them?

ID take a picture, since the center hole is all it rides on and catches on and its only a few inches across...

No that looks like what you need you just have to angle it thru the hole and it should ride, but it also looks very corroded (thanks to salt, same thing here in N MN.)
