Default 98 Silverado Windshield Wiper Issues

I've got a 1998 Chevy Silverado Where the wipers will frequently stop or not turn on at all. Is this a sign of the motor? Or maybe the switch or relay?

Sounds like the circut board is fried. Common on these trucks. Or else the motor but i would start with the circut board

Its the circuit board, but it comes with a new one if you by a new motor anyway (plus exchange) and they are pretty cheap at oreillys or autozone.
