    Default Drive GM truck to increase your bench! :=)

    Now, I don't max out on bench often, maybe twice or thrice a year. However, based on all the bb magazines, youtube, etc. I've come to conclusion that big trucks do increase muscle mass and strength :=)

    So today - after been stuck for some time despite attempts made in Jan and April - I decided to put this theory to test and hey presto! Taking the Sportside to the gym did help me to put another 2,5 k on my raw max!

    Now, four hours later my tris are still feeling worked and there is this tiredness in lats also. So from now on, I'll be taking the Chevy whenever heavy singles on the bench are on the agenda...

    :=)
