Default DIY my fender or let the body shop do it?

A few years ago a dent mysteriously appeared on the drivers side fender of my wife's '04 Burb. The more I do to my '86, the more I hear about the dent I (mysteriously) put in there. It's a good sized one. Probably about 1/4 of the panel....

Well, I've found some fenders for about $150 primed. Figured I could paint and clear it and make it look halfway decent.

How do I get the dang thing off though?

Or should I just bite it and take to a body shop?
    TNT - Texas

First - '68 longbed (lady runs stop sign, insurance gives me a check)
Then - '81 SWB (stupid stupid stupid...sold it thinking I was going to get something else)
    Now - Finally got my '86 (350, Holley 600, 700r4)

Unfortunately, I do not know the answer to your question...someone should be along soon who does or at least have suggestions. In the meantime, you may be able to find the answer using this link.
