    Question Blazer tranny problem

When I coast down a hill I can feel my blazer almost pull back, not freely coasting. I fear it is a transmission problem! Has anyone else seen this? I am not sure what to make of this, but I am pretty sure it is killing my MPG. Any advise/imput would be great!

Definitely a transmission problem as there is this tendency for the vehicle to stale when downhill free rolling scenario. Do you hear any clicking sounds before staling?

My Sub does the same thing, depending on what kind of mood it's in. It's not a tranny problem. It's your torque converter. It's just staying locked when it should be unlocked.
