Thread: Dynatech SuperMAXX

Being a customer of autoanything.com, they send me e-mails every once in awhile to remind of products and/or discounts. Well, today I received an e-mail advertising the Dynatech SuperMAXX Complete Header Exhaust System that comes with everything from the headers back to the mufflers but doesn't include the mufflers/tips; headers appear to be long-tube, I believe they are "hi-flow" cats, and I assume the system is set-up so the X-pipe creates the right amount of flow/back pressure to obtain more HP rather than lose some. Has anyone tried this system or heard anything about how it performs? The price is $1487.90 with free shipping and I can use a 15% promotional discount, so would run me around $1264.72. Would you recommend this kit? I heard about their headers but never of this kit before.
And since when are high flow cats not street legal.

Nah not yet. I was hoping for some information about the system but doesn't seem like anyone else has installed the kit. I think it would be a better deal if I go with some PaceSetter long tubes, y-pipe and high flow cat and modify my MBRP cat-back to accommodate, probably save over $600 that way.
