If your are an overly enthusiastic charter member of the Mike Roe fanclub, you might be a ford owner. (He the host of discovery channels "Dirty Jobs" and Ford motor companys mouthpiece in case you are wondering who he is).

If your young, dumb and full of , well you know and your girlfriend says she really likes the 66 mustang that you just sent home crying in a late night street duel in your 69 chevelle and the owner of the stang offers to buy / trade for your prized Hot Rod (theChevelle) and you do, all for the glory of getting to your girls poonanny, you might be a Ford owner. True story. I did accomplish my goals but looking back, I should have just let the guy with the stang have my girlfriend instead.

Yes I did and no I'm not. LoL

I let the p-tang cloud my thinking. That was my first car. Black 1969 chevelle Malibu with a 327, turbo350 transmission, factory aluminum intake off a 69 Z28 on closed chamber heads with 202 intake / 188 exhaust. A factory cam from a 350 hp vette engine, blackjack headers and accel ignition system. Had 308 rear end so it had a helluva top end.
I was 17 or 18 when I made the trade. Go figure. Since then I had 3 more Chevelles, all big blocks.

That's sad Bobby. I was once a Ford owner but didn't lose as much as you. I bought a Ford from my brother. He couldn't sell it on its merits (cuz it didn't have any lol) so he used the ol "hate to sell it, but I'm hurting for money" ploy. I had it about a week & then I was able to find a guy that was dumber than I was ha ha ha

You might be a Ford owner if..........you have to buy a long bed to hold all the tools you may need for roadside truck repairs on your vehicle.
